Online Powerlifting Coaching
Class-Leading Coaching and MentorshipOnline personal training can be a fantastic option if you are outside Metro Vancouver, or have a busy work schedule that makes 1-on-1 appointments impractical.
As a powerlifting-based lifter, online coaching is often more advantageous simply because you won’t be limited by different equipment or time during a training session.
Additionally, the smaller details and quicker fixes that a beginner lifter might need are less applicable for powerlifters who are wanting to push their total as changes in intermediate and advanced powerlifter's technique and weak points happens over weeks and months.
Each week you will receive a fully customized training program through our training software.
As you go through your training week you will follow the exercises as prescribed using video demonstration, implementing autoregulation where necessary to both pull back when less recovered and capitalize on great training days when you are more recovered.
Coaching is organized into 3 tiers, depending on your desired level of support and aspirations with the sport.
All of our online powerlifting coaching options include 1-on-1 coaching calls and weekly check-ins to allow for adjustments to both the big picture training strategy as well as fine tuning, respectively.
Your biggest benefit to online coaching is flexibility. The amount of feedback you receive and input from your coach is based around what you need at any given point in time, not around the paradigm of a 1-hour timeslot. Your workouts are completed around your schedule, at a time and place that is convenient for you, with a level of support that in-person training simply cannot offer.

- Unlimited DMs
- Lifetime Training Support Call Access
Best for: elite level lifters wanting top-tier support and performance at national+ level meets.
Includes everything from PR Blueprint, plus:
- In-person competition day handling at 2 meets (USA+Canada)
