Online personal training can be a fantastic option if you are outside Metro Vancouver, or have a busy work schedule.
As a strength-based athlete or powerlifter, online coaching is often more advantageous simply because you won’t be limited by different equipment or time during a training session.
Each week you will receive a personalized training program through a shared Dropbox folder. This folder includes all of the items listed below.
As you go through your training week you will follow the exercises as prescribed using video demonstration and an individualized program, then fill out the included spreadsheet as necessary.
Once you have finished the week, you send us an email detailing how the programming felt and we continue the process as planned.
Your biggest benefit to online coaching is workout flexibility. Your workouts are completed around your schedule, at a time and place that is convenient for you, with a level of support that in person training simply cannot offer.
- There is a 16-week minimum commitment for new online training clients.

Two-way communication is key because it is my body and I have to tell exactly where a particular movement may or may not affect me, and he always comes through with a solution that takes my workout to that higher level where I finish feeling absolutely fantastic. I have never ever felt pain before, during, or after working out with Matt. He is one of the smartest people I know because not only does he tell me how to perform a movement but he observes how I execute and if there is a flaw in my performance of the movement, Matt is on it right away and he will stop me and demonstrate once again exactly how I should do it correctly so that I keep myself safe and get the best results.

I don’t remember the exact day I called Matt, but I remember finally coming to the realization that what I was doing wasn’t good enough.
