1:1 Training is the most hands-on experience we offer at our private Vancouver training studio. It allows us to fine-tune all of the technical details needed to fully optimize your program. Along with training and diet suggestions, this option allows you to get the most out of your in-person sessions.

Tandem Training offers dynamic sessions for you and your training partner with one of StrongerYou's professional coaches at our private Vancouver training studio with a lower per-person rate.
