These dynamic training sessions offer you and your training partner the opportunity to train with one of StrongerYou's professional coaches at our private Vancouver training studio.

Our coach-led training programs are fully customized to suit each of your existing health, wellness, and experience levels. The safety, strength goals, and overall health outcomes of you and your training partner are always of paramount importance, and these will be discussed regularly to ensure you both know the whys behind your customized workout schedule, and to ensure we are still on track to getting you each to where you want to be.

Each 50-minute tandem training session is led by one Stronger You Coach and two personal training students.

Our Tandem Training is ideal for couples or friends looking to motivate each other while getting in shape together for a lower per-person rate.

Tandem training programs also includes custom diet planning and strength/mobility training program suggestions that can be performed independently between coach-led sessions.

All instructor led programs are bundled into monthly packages. Any prices noted are total price, not per person rates.
