First (Single) Evaluation session available for $50. This personal training sessions includes: goal assessment, current program analysis, diet analysis, injury prevention screening, workout program design, and a brief workout. 

All of our 1-on-1 and tandem in-person training options can be fulfilled with live, online training setups. Training sessions can be conducted from the comfort of your own home or other workout space via Zoom.


Online Coaching

*There is a 12 week minimum commitment for any new clients looking to train with the online options. All fees are listed in CAD. 
** Some discounted coaching options are available after working with StrongerYou for an extended duration.
