Brian added 77 lbs to his total on the Momentum Program
The past few training blocks for Brian have had their share of ups and downs but we managed to get everything dialed in in time for his second meet at the BCPA Fall Classic on October 23rd.
He ended the day with a 77lb (35kg) total PR made up by a 44lb (20kg) increase on his squat and 33lb (15kg) deadlift PR.
A great second meet for Brian and some definite increases in his confidence on the platform.
